STRATEGIC OUTCOME:

This purchase supports the City Council’s strategic outcome of Respected and Responsible by ensuring that the City has the reliable, modern equipment necessary to maintain uninterrupted trash and recycling services.

REPORT:

Once removed from active operation, the two existing units will be designated as surplus assets and disposed of through either Public Surplus or the City Auction.

The additions will bring the fleet to a total of 14 side loaders. The anticipated delivery time for these trucks is approximately 13 months.
