STRATEGIC OUTCOME:
This purchase supports the City Council’s strategic outcome of Respected and Responsible by ensuring that the City has the reliable, modern equipment necessary to maintain uninterrupted trash and recycling services.
REPORT:
The existing 2019 side-loading trash trucks have reached the end of their effective service life and are scheduled for replacement.
Once removed from active operation, the two existing units will be designated as surplus assets and disposed of through either Public Surplus or the City Auction.
