REPORT:
Tory Valencia, agent for Birdie Swing Bays located at 2680 S. 4th Avenue, has applied for a Series #07: Beer and Wine Bar Liquor License.
The subject property has been posted for the required 20-day period and no arguments in favor of or opposed to the issuance of the license have been received.
The application has been reviewed by Community Development, the Police and Fire Departments and Business Licensing.
