SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Summary Recommendation
Authorize the purchase and renewal of Microsoft Subscription Licensing through a Cooperative Purchase Agreement through a three-year Enterprise Agreement (EA) for an estimated annual expenditure of $580,000 from SHI, Somerset, New Jersey. (IT-CPA-25-172) (Isaiah Kirk/Robin R. Wilson)

STRATEGIC OUTCOME:
Renewing Microsoft EA subscription licensing enables staff to be more effective and efficient when communicating internally, with vendors, as well as with the community while aligning with City Council’s strategic outcome of Connected and Engaged.
REPORT:
Microsoft provides operating systems and workstation productivity tools for all computers and server equipment within the City. The software is accessible through a subscription model and the EA will secure pricing throughout the three-year agreement. The subscription will require an annual payment of $580,000.00, throughout the term of the three-year agreement for a total of $1,740,000.
