Summary Recommendation
Authorize one Subrecipient Agreement for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, totaling $165,056.21 awarding HOME funding in accordance with the Annual Action Plan adopted by City Council on June 3, 2026. (Community Development/Neighborhood and Economic Development) (Alyssa Linville)

STRATEGIC OUTCOME:
The project funded by this agreement supports the City Council’s strategic outcome of Safe and Prosperous by providing resources that address the needs of the community, particularly low-income residents.
REPORT:
On June 3, 2026, City Council approved the Annual Action Plan that outlined the intended uses of Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for Fiscal Year 2026. The Plan allocated funding to organizations and projects that further the objectives of the CDBG and HOME programs. This agreement will support the following activity:
Yuma County- $165,056.21: Funding will provide owner-occupied housing rehabilitation in Yuma County.
