Authorize the City Administrator to execute a grant agreement with U.S. Department of Justice for reimbursement of funds up to $47,883.00 expended for services in support of the Yuma Regional Communications System (YRCS) Data Interoperability and Information Sharing Project utilizing the FY18 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.
