Summary Recommendation

Approve an ordinance (i) declaring a remnant parcel (8,973 square feet) of vacant, City-owned real property located in the 1500 block of 4th Avenue, surplus for City use, (ii) authorizing the exchange of the surplus remnant parcel to Sixteen & Four, LLC, (iii) repealing Ordinance No. O2015-024, and (iv) accepting a permanent public access and underground utilities easement (4,901.59 square feet).
