Authorize an architectural design services contract for City Hall, Fire Administration Relocation utilizing the Professional Architectural Services On-Call contract at an expenditure of $144,425.00 to Thompson Design Architects PC, Yuma, Arizona. STRATEGIC OUTCOME:
This project supports the City Council’s Safe and Prosperous strategic outcome by delivering essential improvements to the Fire Administration offices on the third floor of City Hall. The project will enhance the Fire Administration’s workspace and overall operational efficiency.
REPORT:
This architectural design project will provide space planning and comprehensive design services for the Fire Administration offices on the third floor of City Hall, ensuring the workspace supports both current and future operational needs. These improvements will enhance functionality and strengthen overall administrative operations, by creating office space and meeting areas.
Design services are expected to begin in November 2026 and be completed by April 2027.
