Authorize the execution of an Intergovermental Cooperative Agreement (IGA) between the City of San Luis, City of Somerton, City of Yuma, County of Yuma, and Town of Wellton to renew the HOME Consortium for the purpose of receiving funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
