Summary Recommendation
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Administrator to execute an agreement to defer City of Yuma development fees and water and sewer capacity charges for Livingston Ranch Unit 2 Subdivision, and to collect a $500.00 administrative fee for the deferral agreement.
