Summary Recommendation
Authorize City Administrator to negotiate and execute a one-year contract with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods, one period at a time, depending on the appropriation of funds and satisfactory performance, for Professional Environmental, Geotechnical and Materials Testing and Other Related Services with the following firms:

2) Gutierrez Canales Engineering, PC - Yuma, Arizona
3) Nicklaus Engineering, Inc. - Yuma, Arizona
4) Ninyo and Moore - Phoenix, Arizona
5) Western Technologies - Tucson, Arizona
