Summary Recommendation
Authorize the City Administrator to execute the appropriate documents to declare certain right-of-way surplus in order to exchange the surplus right-of-way property for fee title to one parcel of 32nd Street right-of-way, and one parcel of Avenue 7E right-of-way, and vacate the surplus right-of-way to the abutting property owner through the recording of a quit claim deed.
