Summary Recommendation
Authorize the use of CDBG-CV funds from the CARES Act for renovations at the Daybreak Adult Day Health Care facility and furnishings at Crossroads Mission that will allow the agencies to provide necessary community services while protecting vulnerable clients from exposure to COVID-19.
