Summary Recommendation
Authorize the City Administrator to declare surplus and transfer Operation Stonegarden grant-funded Mobile Data Computers (MDC’s) to other law enforcement agencies in Yuma County. The receiving agencies will assume responsibility for reporting to the Arizona Department of Homeland Security regarding the transferred equipment.
