Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the  
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.  
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.  
CALL TO ORDER  
I. GREATER YUMA PORT AUTHORITY  
Buna George, Executive Director of the Greater Yuma Port Authority (GYPA), will provide an  
update of GYPAs activities, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council.  
II. ANNUAL STORMWATER UPDATE  
Jerry Anaya, Engineering Manager, will present the Annual Stormwater Report; followed by  
questions and/or discussion with City Council.  
III. CDBG AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM  
Kassandra Granados, Neighborhood Services Specialist, will provide an update on the  
2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan and Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy  
Area Plan; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council.  
IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 3, 2026  
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting  
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is  
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk  
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).  
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION  
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving  
legal advice for items included on the June 3, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the June  
2, 2026, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or  
7) and the following items:  
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to City Attorney regarding Title 39.
