Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. GREATER YUMA WATER SAFETY ALLIANCE
Jennifer Reichelt, Deputy City Administrator, will present an overview of the Greater Yuma
Water Safety Alliance, detailing its community education and outreach plan, current
initiatives, and future goals; followed by City Council discussion.
II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 17, 2024
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the July 17, 2024 Regular City Council Meeting and the July
16, 2024 Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or
7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation, and/or direction to legal counsel concerning government
property leases (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A(3), A(4) and A(7)).
