Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. YUMA COUNTY INTERGOVERNMENTAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
Shelly Kreger, Transit Director, will present an annual update; followed by City Council
discussion.
II. MENTAL HEALTH CO-RESPONSE UNIT
Thomas Garrity, Police Chief, will present on the Mental Health Co-Response Unit; followed
by City Council discussion.
III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF DECEMBER 3, 2025
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the December 3, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and
the December 2, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A
(1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel concerning the potential
sale and acquisition of real properties. (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
