Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the  
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.  
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.  
CALL TO ORDER  
I. ARIZONA WESTERN COLLEGE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER  
Crystal Mendoza, Director of the Arizona Western College Small Business Development  
Center, will provide an annual update, followed by questions and/or discussion by City  
Council.  
II. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION  
Greg LaVann, President and CEO of the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation,  
will present a mid-year update; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council.  
III. Q2 FY 2025 FINANCIAL BRIEFING  
Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will present information relating to the City's FY 2024  
year-end results; FY 2025 financial status; and FY 2026 budget update; followed by  
questions and/or discussion by City Council  
IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 19, 2025  
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting  
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is  
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk  
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).  
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION  
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving  
legal advice for items included on the February 19, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and the  
February 18, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1,  
3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:  
A. Discussion, consultation with, and/or direction to legal counsel regarding proposed  
sale/exchange/leasing of City of Yuma properties. A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7
