Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the  
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.  
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.  
CALL TO ORDER  
I. PROCLAMATION  
Reading of National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims by Mayor Nicholls.  
II. STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE  
Jennifer Reichelt, Deputy City Administrator, will present an update on the City's Strategic  
Plan; followed by City Council discussion.  
III. FY 2026 Q1.0 QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING  
Douglas Allen, Finance Director will present information regarding the City’s FY 2025 Capital  
Asset Threshold Criteria, FY 2026 Expenditure Limitation Mitigation, and FY 2026-2027  
Financing for the City’s Capital Improvement Plan; followed by questions and/or discussion  
by City Council.  
IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 3, 2025  
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting  
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is  
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk  
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).  
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION  
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving  
legal advice for items included on the September 3, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and  
the September 2, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03  
A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:  
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the potential  
sale or lease of various real properties. (A.R.S. §38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
