Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. YOUTH GOVERNMENT PRESENTATION
Jenn Reichelt, Deputy City Administrator and Jen Miller, Communications Manager, will
introduce the first Youth Government class who will share their perspectives, ideas and
experiences gained through the program; followed by questions and/or discussion with City
Council.
II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 15, 2026
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the July 15, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the July
14, 2026, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4
and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding potential tort
causes of action. (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A3, A4)
